• Generated captions history
• Instagram account connection details (if you've connected your Instagram account)

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@midmountainlab.com
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
3. In the body of the email, please include:
   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your Instagram account
   • A clear statement that you want all your data to be deleted

Our Data Deletion Process

Once we receive your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
2. Process your data deletion request within 30 days
3. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• All personal information associated with your account
• AI-summarized language tone, style, and personality based on historical captions
• Generated captions history
• Any stored Instagram connection data

Limitations

Please note:

• We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as audit logs
• Anonymized or aggregated data that doesn't identify you personally may be retained
• If you've shared captions publicly, we cannot delete copies that others may have made
